Here at People First Collection, we utilize carriers that will make shipping costs the most affordable for us and our customers. 

Shipping Rates:

United States:

Free Shipping for Orders Over $100 USD

Flat Rate Shipping is $7.25 USD for Orders Under $100 USD

Canada:

Free Shipping for Orders for Over $120 USD

Flat Rate Shipping is $12 USD for Orders Under $120 USD

Shipping Times:

*Please note that each product is made to order. Since products are made to order, it may take 2-5 days for orders to be fulfilled from the time of placing the order. The length of time it will take for your order to be delivered to you will include the fulfillment time plus the actual shipping time.

United States:

Express Shipping: 2-3 business days

Canada:

Standard Shipping: 3-9 business days 

Order Notification and Tracking:

Once you have successfully placed an order with us, we will keep you notified at different stages of the journey of your order. An email or SMS will be sent once you have placed your order. You will be notified when your item(s) get shipped to you, along with the tracking number for your shipment. You will be sent tracking information to make it easy for you to know what stage your order is in. We will also notify you when your package is on its way to be delivered to your specified address.  

Lost Parcels: 

Please contact us if your tracked parcel did not arrive. As our shipping carriers provide details of the shipment, we ask that you submit a claim via the carrier that shipped your product to inquire about a lost parcel. We will also submit a claim or our behalf to investigate. Please note that it can take some time for our carriers to respond to claims we submit. We cannot be held responsible for stolen items if our shipping carriers have photo verified proof of delivery.
