Returns & Exchanges Policy

Thank you for shopping with People First Collection! We hope that you are satisfied and happy with your purchase. Please review our Returns & Exchanges policy to understand your rights and obligations.

Returns

You may return any unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund if you are not satisfied with your order. Exchanges follow the same process, please refer to the Exchanges section for further details. To start the return process, please follow these steps:

1.     Contact Us: Email our customer service team at info@peoplefirstcollection.com with your order number and the reason for your return. For exchanges, a picture of the product is required.

2.     Return Instructions: We’ll send you detailed instructions on how to send your item back. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

3.     Shipping Your Return: Please pack the item(s) securely in its original packaging, including all tags, and ship it back to us using your preferred shipping method. Please note that orders over $100 that are returned will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Exchanges

Exchanges are offered only if there is any defect or damage to the product upon receiving it in the mail. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. We do not offer exchanges for different designs or sizes. Please refer to our sizing chart on each product page for accurate sizing. Please send us a picture of the damaged or defective product with a note. Please follow the returns process to complete an exchange. For returning an item for exchange, shipping costs will be on us and will be free of charge for you. We will notify you when the new exchanged product has been processed.

Refund Timeline 

Once your returned item(s) have been received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approval or rejection of the refund is dependent on the condition of the returned item(s).

If the refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied automatically to your credit card or other original method of payment, within 7 business days.
